About Me

I’m a Project Manager and Business Analyst who helps leaders turn fuzzy ideas into shipped systems. My work sits at the intersection of people, process, and technology—using visual, UX-driven requirements to align stakeholders and risk-first delivery to keep projects predictable.

I didn’t begin in tech. I started on construction sites and in property, where deadlines, budgets, and safety were non-negotiable and personalities didn’t always align. Running my own company later taught me how to steady projects under pressure: establish clear scopes, fix stock controls, keep suppliers honest, and build simple tools—like estimation models and Gantt rhythms—that make work measurable. That’s also where my risk radar matured: I prefer to surface issues early and deal with them transparently.

As my interest in systems deepened, I formalised the pivot—earning an Advanced Diploma in Business Analysis from Rhodes University (Class DUX). I then moved into technology full-time, mapping workflows, evaluating software, and coordinating delivery with engineers and vendors, including mobile app projects and API/IoT integrations. Today, as a Senior PM/BA, I focus on getting business and technical teams to see the same reality before anyone writes code. I use storyboards, one-page system maps, and clear acceptance criteria so decisions are faster, disagreements are cheaper, and delivery is calmer.

A few traits guide how I work. I’m naturally Deliberative and Analytical—I think in risks, trade-offs, and evidence. Individualization means I tailor communication to the person in front of me; Relator helps me build trust that lasts; Learner keeps me current. Day-to-day I’m more INFJ—measured, people-focused, and values-driven—but under pressure I shift to INTJ: structured, decisive, and outcome-oriented.

I’m vendor-neutral and entrepreneurially minded. I care about cashflow, adoption, and the human side of change as much as the architecture. Where it helps, I introduce practical AI (and occasionally IoT) in small, measurable pilots tied to KPIs—not hype. And when a client needs someone firmly on their side, I’m comfortable acting as an owner’s representative—verifying scope, cost, quality, and timelines so delivery matches what was promised.

If you’re an entrepreneur or business leader who wants clarity, alignment, and dependable progress on an IT initiative, I’d be glad to help you turn vision into a plan—and that plan into shipped, adopted results.
